We (my mother and I) have had a painful and frustrating experience with Dr. Malone and his office. He spends minimal time explaining her treatments, rarely discusses potential side effects of medicine, and lets medication run out between visits. After diagnosing my mother with Parkinson's, he has refused twice to refer her to a movement disorder specialist. At her last virtual appointment, she waited an hour to be seen, after which they told her they couldn't get through and would have to reschedule her. It’s been a week and they still haven't even offered a date. I hope this review can prevent someone else the pain and frustration we've been going through.
