Dr was ok at best but his staff were just horrible could not use their patient portal left me hanging in terrible pain and couldn’t care less

Very friendly and shows both concern and knowledge about your condition. Listens and responds clearly. Does not make you feel rushed during the office visit. He is available to communicate via email as appropriate for those questions that pop up after an office visit or between visits.

Amazing doctor!!!!! Professional, confident, very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, took his time, answered All my questioned, not rushed, very positive, staff very friendly, upbeat. Don't wait as log as I did, stop by and get help immediately....thank you everyone.

When I got to the office I handed the front office my ID and insurance card. Filled out the paper work and waited for over an hour past my appointment time. When I got in to see the Doctor he said right off the bat that he did not take my insurance and would not be able to assist me. I asked if I needed to pay a office visit and he said no. I just received a bill in the mail for $487.00 which is bogus as nothing was done. I would not recommend this office at all. The front desk should know how to read a insurance card and advised me then to leave. Rating would be 0

After my 2nd visit I had worse pain than when I went in. I tried to call the office to get back in immediately. My pain was severe enough I was worried the procedure performed had done damage. No one answered the phone at the office even though I’d just been there an hour before. No one returned my messages that day, or the next, or the next. When they finally called it was to tell me that even though they told me they had an agreement with my insurance, they didn’t and I would have to pay cash. I tried to remind them that we I had a baby on the way and that we had talked about my inability to pay if insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure and they had assured me they were “in network” but they weren’t. Now they want $925.73 that I can’t afford. Highway robbery.

I went in for injections in C-3 for pain and limited movement in my upper neck in C-1 & C-2 from injuries sustained 16 years previous in a car wreck. The pain was supposed to subside for a 24 hour period but it did not. The upper left softened slightly for a bit but by morning I was back to where I started. I was told these shots were a test to see if they could locate the nerves causing the pain so a different procedure could be done to eliminate this pain issue. I am to have a repeat of the shots here shortly and am interested to see if this time there is a numbing improvement in the neck to allow more movement and to be without pain.

Excellent experience. The treatment plan that was proposed looks to be one that will work. At this point I would say - - - "Let's go!"

I would have given him and his office only 1 or 0 stars but he has at least one good nurse. Immediately after my 2nd visit for a nerve block I had horrible pain. I tried several times to call his office and all I ever got was an answering machine. Worse than having more pain than when I went to his office was not knowing what damage was done, how long it would last or how I might fix it. I didn’t hear from anyone in his office for days after. When I did it was phone tag again and nothing but an answering machine. Nobody there ever answered a phone call from me again. This was a tough enough experience after a debilitating back injury, but to be treated so poorly by this doctor and his staff and was enough that I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

Dr. Malayil listened to what my concerns are and addressed them better than appropriately. While the PA’s are good, the are not Drs. And you can’t replace a doctors diagnosis with a PA’s. I’m so glad to have found him as an invaluable dr I don’t think I could replace.

Dr M is the Best! He is patient, kind and listens to your needs. He will come up with the best treatment plan for you. The staff is also friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

He did an RFA on both sides of my neck. He was very nice to be around and talked me through the whole procedure as he worked, even asking me if I was doing OK. I will continue to see him. His staff is also very kind and understanding. Over all a very good place to go.

I was so happy with Dr. Malayil he entered the room and announced hisself I have had other doctors recently who did not introduce their selves not only the doctor but the girls in the office was the friendlest and concerned with my visit I would recomend this doctor to anyone he was thourogh and caring doctor If anyone needs a good doc I say book your appt with him.

Went in for pain shot in neck between c-3 & c4. Very vague conversation. We will take care of you. He gave me a shot in back at th4 instead. I'm still trying to get info on why. Nothing wrong with back at point of shot.. very confused and wondering why I spent 3 months with X-ray and MRI on neck.. if no answers today, I will get them.

I’ve had 2 appointments with Dr. Malayil and 2 diagnostic blocks. Will soon have an ablation and am very hopeful I will get some pain relief. Had one TeleMed appointment with Christine and was very happy also with her caliber of care. Great doctor, great PA and great staff.

I love this doctor and his office. This was a video appointment and the appointment started on time. The PA knew what was going on with me and what we needed to do going forward. And it's always pleasant speaking with the staff, they are nice and caring, just like the providers.

Dr. Malayil has been the best doctor I have found for my back pain, he has a wonderful down to earth caring way and is very eager to spend time to listen to what you are expiencing and has been the only doctor I have found who takees into account my past injuries and what they have done to my quality of life. I sincerely hope he stays in the office location in easet Mesa for a long time he is extremely valuable to me as my top doctor!!
