Dr. John Mackenney, DPM

Dr. Mackenney is one of the worse doctors I have had. He came into the room already in a bad mood, and immediately said that there is nothing he can do for an ankle sprain. He didn’t review my x-rays (until I mentioned the fact and then proceeded to scan through 5 xrays under 30 scs). He never even examine me and the proceeded to say that I will never regain mobility or strength. Physical therapy doesn’t help and no plan that he makes can help that condition. He was demeaning (calling me hon multiple times) and acted like overall I was a bother to even be there.

I was in so much pain with both feet I could barely walk. He got me right in and sent paperwork for new patient to my email to fill out in advance. Treated me on my first visit and answered all my questions highly recommend.

Male in late sixties could no longer reach or cut toe nails easily. Was very apprehensive about seeing Podiatric physician, several of the nails very difficult to cut and did not have good experiences with pedicures often were painful and led to problems. Dr. made me feel comfortable, took his time, and it was painless. Truly a family oriented practice, office looked brand new but actually seven years old and immaculate. Very professional and so glad i went. Visit January 2020.

The doctor gave me an appointment the day after my primary called with a referral. His office staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was very informative and did not rush me out of his office. I certainly consider him to be my go to podiatrist. Thank you Dr MacKenney and staff.

I have visited Dr. MacKenney since March 2019 3 times and every time he has help me with my pain. He is thorough and explains everything so you can understand. I thank him every time for a job well done. He is an awesome podiatrist and would highly recommend him for your medical needs. Give him a call, you will see what I am talking about. Ask questions and he will get and find your answer. I am healing and it feels great to know I can count on Dr. MacKenney.

Staff was very friendly and Dr Mackenney was very professional and gave me great recommendations to continue to improve my condition. I walk in with pain and left without it. Very grateful!
