Dr. Liu was nice, but
First of all, Dr Liu was very nice and caring when I saw him. However I am very disappointed by how their office reacted to their mistake. I made sure they were in network when I made an appointment with them as you are supposed to. I saw him twice expecting $25 copay each time. Later I received bills around $500 because they were not in network... I called the billing office and explained the situation. And they sent me a new statement with 25% discount, noting the doctor was not aware he was discontinued... So they DID misinformed me, but I am still paying $300 more than what was supposed to be. I asked for more discount to make it right via letter (they told me to send a letter), but they declined without replying to my letter and sent it to the debt collection... (They told me I have time to receive two more statements, but actually that info was also wrong!)
