Dr. John Lippelman, MD

The office manager was very disrespectfully and rude.

Dr. Lippleman has taken care of my family for over 30 years. He is one of the best doctors I have had the privilege of being around. He supported my grandfather through his Parkinson’s diagnosis and helped support my father through his Alzheimer’s. He also has supported myself while I was hospitalized. He went out of his way to assign doctors he knew were reliable to my case and made sure I had access to the medicine I needed even if I couldn’t afford it. It is an honor to be his patient and the work he does truly spans beyond the scope of medicine. It is also worth noting that his practice is in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic which gives him access to the absolute best resources in the country. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

From the moment I walked into the office I thought nice office. Coffee bar and bottled waters available. His office staff was nice to me. Very knowledgeable with my insurance issues. Dr Lippelman is a very kind man. He diagnosed my problem and got me on the right track. I am grateful to have him as my primary care Dr. I hate to bother him on the weekend but I have forgotten to renew prescription for an upcoming trip more than once and he is quick to answer his cell phone and call in my meds. Never made me feel bad. He always has his cell so there has been emergency and he answered in the middle of the night and told me to get to the Emergency Room . He called the Hospital to let them know I was on my way and give my back ground. I just love his personal care.

Front office is awful. Dr is excellent. Sorry it didn’t work out.

I've been with the Good Doctor for over twenty years. His level of care only gets better. He takes the time to listen to me and then takes the necessary course of treatment.
