Terrible Office Staff
I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr. Lee because he recommended it. His office staff assured me that they received prior authorization from my insurance and that it would be covered 100%. After the procedure, I received a very large bill. Turns out they were wrong because I was a few months too young. They would not even allow me to make payments. Just sent me to collections. The office staff's comment was 'It happens.' I will not use him again.

Highly recommend
I recently had a colonoscopy in October of ‘22. Dr John Lee and his staff were phenomenal. His professionalism and bedside manners were first class, Dr. John Lee and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease during both pre and post op. Would highly recommend to any of my family members or friends!

Long time patient
Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and respected by his fellow doctors at Presbyterian Hospital. Only down side is it can be difficult to get an appointment on short notice.

Dr Lee is an awesome Dr. I highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr Lee for 3-4 years. I have been through 4 procedures with him and I always feel very well taken care of. Dr Lee is professional, caring and will explain the good bad and ugly in a way for you to understand. He will explain how you got there and how you and Dr Lee will move forward with your treatment.

Review of both ER endoscopy and follow up
Initially assigned Dr. Lee when I went in for esophageal and GI bleeding. Dr. Lee came by to see me and introduced himself, in the procedure room his team was A+. He delivered a detailed and graphical report explaining his findings. 90 days later I went in for a follow-up endoscopy and Dr. Lee's level of professionalism and through procedures was just like the first time.

Endoscopy following ER visit
Dr. Lee did an emergency endoscopy when I had to go to the ER for internal bleeding. He was very professional, came and introduced himself and the procedure the night before and he and his team were great. The visit this review is for the 90 day follow-up after the initial procedure and all went like clock work and again, Dr. Lee came in after the procedure and answered several questions I had regarding my ER visit procedure and this one. Totally satisfied with Dr. Lee and his group.

Great Doctor
Cologuard test failed so I had to see doctor Lee for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, I had several stomach ulcers, took meds for 3 months, after 3 months results were great, thank you Doctor Lee!

Dr. Lee has done 3 procedures for me, an upper and 2 lowers. He will be the doctor that does my next in 5 years if he is still in network!! A pleasant person with a good "Bedside" manner.
