Hello everyone! My names is Tran. I’m a new patient of doctor Kventon. It was the first time I visited Yale hospital. Most of staffs are nice, friendly & welcome to patients. Hospital is nice & clean. I had a consultation about my vestibular schwanoma with doctor Kveton. He gave me options for my treatment & he explained pretty well. It made me stress free about my sickness. Of course I put my trust on him to save my life. I can’t wait for a day to have a surgery so I can go back my normal life. Thanks again!

Dr. Kveton correctly diagnosed my hearing problems and saved my right ear for me after three other ENTs all misdiagnosed my disorder and let my left ear untreated. Dr. Kveton in brilliant and kind. He explains issues honestly and with compassion. He listens and he really helps his patients. If I could give him 6 stars, I would!

Dr. Kveton has been providing excellent follow-up care for my daughter for the past 10 years since she was 7 years old. He performed 2 surgeries and provided great after care for her ever since. This is the reason why we rather travel for her appointments. Our family is forever grateful to him. When we met Dr. Kveton at the pre-surgery appointment, he listened carefully to understand my current state. He answered all our questions patiently and explained what challenges I might have after the surgery. This helped us in having more confidence in him. After the surgery, he stopped by and gave an update as to how the surgery went. We feel, Yale is fortunate to have an ENT Surgeon of Dr. Kveton's experience available to perform surgeries. I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Kveton for many years while I was working in the PACU. He is extremely caring, intelligent & respectful of his patients and all staff working with him. I have now had the pleasure of being his patient. I have Eustachian Tube Dysfunction & have terrible experiences with pain, hearing problems & vibration after flying & with sinus infections. I wanted to be able to hear our daughter’s upcoming wedding. I’m so blessed to have such an amazing Doctor caring for me. THANKS SO MUCH DR KVETON!!!

I believe Dr. Kveton should have 5 stars as he is the kindest, most compassionate and best surgeon I have ever used. I was sent to him by my local ENT because he is the doctor who can fix problems that stump others. And after his surgery I was finally cured. I can not say enough good things about him as a doctor.

I recently had surgery with Dr Kveton. I could not have been more impressed With his bedside manner and the inventiveness of his staff daily. I guess customers with issues like to gripe but I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I was concerned with my appointment after reading some of the not kind reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. He is knowledgeable, kind and patient. I had questions; he answered them. I had concerns; he listened to them. He explained my condition and the process of recovery. I highly recommend him.

Arrogant

While Dr Kveton is a good surgeon, i wss very unhappy with my his staff.: no consideration for my illness causing me to be unable to work. He and his staff did not submit the paperwotk needed for disability. I called and asked 5 times. I was yelled at and hung up on by his assistant Theresa. I filnally asked her to email me the paperwork and i would mail it. When i received it the file was corrupt. I spoke to Dr K about this. He just shrugged and changed the subject. He didnt care.

I took my son to see Dr. Kveton to look at my son's ears and his patient care was horrendous. He told me, in front of my son, "He may never grow out of this" and when I told him that his right ear was the one that hurt he stopped, looked at me and said "would you let me do my job". I was so shocked that I shut up. How dare he treat me so rudely. I would never recommend him. I went down to NYU where they were able to reconstruct my son's ear and the doctors were incredible with my son!

I will not recommend him to any one! he'll puts on a show till he get you to do the surgery,then you loose your trust once you'll be shocked by the result .

Dr. Kveton provided me with peace of mind following his extremely thorough assessment and treatment of my sudden hearing loss. He takes the time to carefully explain his diagnosis and answer any and all questions. I found his honesty, forthrightness and compassion a breath of fresh air and something that is often missing in today's medical profession. Thank you, Dr. Kveton.

Dr. Kveton has performed inner ear surgery on my right ear, (ear issues chronic since birth) and has been my all things right ear focused Doctor for many years. His skills, knowledge, warmth, humor, and patience put him at the top of ANY list of doctors I have experienced over my nearly 70 years on this planet. John Kveton has no peer.
