Kinda rough around the edges
Had an extraction of a molar. My first clue that I was in for a rough ride was when the novocain needle was shoved in twice without warning. Other than that, it extraction went fine until the tooth broke and on the way out left a bone chard embedded in my gum. Then he had to dig out the rest of the tooth with a small chisel. My gum was sliced at a funny angle. He claimed it was a normal extraction. I'm hoping the bone chip works it's way out before too long. Thankfully, I'm not in a lot of pain just weird feeling that sharp chunk of bone. some of the other dentists said 'he is fast'.

Just Wonderful !
Was referred to Dr. Kashmanian by Dr. Walter and Carolyn McGinn of Putnam, CT I called for the appointment and was greeted by Laurie, whom was very sweet and accommodating stating she had just gotten an 'open'appt. at 1:45 pm this very day. Because of the abscess of two back molar's I said YES thank you I will be there !! I have always been PETRIFIED of Dentists let alone an Oral Surgeon.. well I was put at such ease and the Nurse and Dr. were right on target with explaining what would take place. Dr Kashmanian told me when I asked that it would take about 1 min to complete after the novacaine took effect. Well,,, It went so fast I am AMAZED at how this whole ordeal went. I want to THANK Dr. Kashmanian and all the staff nurses and receptionist for their Kindness and making this such a very pleasant experience for me.

Dr Kashmanian and staff were top notch in their attitude toward their patients and procedures. I would highly recommend them for any Oral surgery that your dentist recommends up here in the Quiet Corner here in in NE Ct.

He extracted 4 teeth on my 11 year old. Exceptional care and zero complications. My son was in and out in less than 15 min. Amazing.

I’d give him no star if possible! Do not put your health in this man’s hands. He removed two bottom wisdom teeth last September. He gave me two days of meds and when I called still in agony he refused to give me anymore meds, referencing the opioid laws. Over a month I called and forced him to see me. He said my muscles were spasming. He did not even take an X-ray or give me antibiotics in case of infection. To make a long story short I ended up being rushed to Mass General where they surgically drained a life-threatening abscess and treating me with antibiotics for 10 days. Unfortunately the poison from the abscess got into my brain and I experienced toxic psychosis. I was delirious, had audio and visual hallucinations which lasted 7 days and were horrifying. The DR in the ER said if I had waited a couple days I would have gone septic and died. All of this would never have happened if it wasn’t for Kashmanian’s negligence. I am still haunted by the whole experience.

In recent years, I needed Dr. Kashmanian's services twice, once in Southbridge and once in Pomfret. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. Firstly, the office staffs were pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative and very helpful to me each time. Secondly, the doctor answered all of my questions and performed my extractions expertly...no pain, no swelling, minimal bleeding. I followed his instructions for post-care and was back to normal in no time. I highly recommend!

First off he has ZERO bed side manner. Very snarky and rude. He ended up having to pull 3 teeth (they needed to be out anyways) I called the next day in excruciating pain. I couldn’t talk. The receptionist said “it’s state law that for a simple extraction we cannot prescribe pain medication”. This is a LIE. They should have at least seen me but instead told me to go elsewhere

This dr is not very polite, or considerate. It might just be his character, but, even so, when having dental surgery, which is scary to most people, he should be a little caring and compassionate. The problem I have is getting back my money owed. I had to pay up front, then they bill my insurance. My insurance paid them their portion a month ago, and we have called them 3 times for our reimbursement. Dentists usually complain about insurance companies not paying!! Go somewhere else.

Dr. kashmanian has treated my daughter and I. He took my daughter's wisdom teeth out and watched her when she developed an issue with her jaw. He removed the rest of my teeth without much pain and without having to put me under. He is very good at what he does, He is very busy but he makes you feel like he cares about his patients. he is a great guy. Would highly recommend his services.
