Didn’t listen to anything I said
I have been battling something for years and previous dr was treating me. When I met this dr I explained all my issues but when I showed him my raynaulds he dismissed it and said just callused skin. I have tons of other health issues and was recommend by hospital to see a RA dr this is who I found. Completely miserable and in tons of pain constantly! Went to a new dr got diagnosed and testing for things complete turn around. Always worries about money over patients.

Excellent
Dr. Joseph is very kind and caring. He is very considerate of his patients needs. I have seen him off and on since for about 29 years. One of the best doctors I have had the pleasure of being his patient.

I Have Movement
I have been treated by Dr. John Joseph for 31 years. Dr. Joseph takes his time with EACH patient. He treats the “whole” patient, not only the arthritis. He will look for the medication or treatment that is right for YOU. He listens when you say a treatment is, or is not working. So, if you are looking to be seen within 10 minutes, go where you are a number, and not a patient. He also sees patients without insurance. He’s there for his patients.

I have made five attempts to reach Dr. Joseph for information from a previous visit with him in 2017. After the first two calls, one of his staff finally returned my call and said she would have to speak with the Doctor regarding my medical history. She never call back so I called a third and fourth time. Finally, I called to try and book an appointment so maybe, if I paid, I could see him and make my request in person. However, the appointment line went straight to voice mail. I have been at this for over three weeks now.

Worst doctor I have ever visited. He was rude and judged me based on symptoms I didn't even say I had. He picked up the phone and started talking in indian 3 times WHILE in the office with me. He was able to get me in with short notice but i would not trust him to provide a diagnosis.

I love Johnny Jo. There is nothing more comforting than a doctor you honestly feel cares about you. I was miserable with pain and he allowed me to call him over the weekend with my recovery progress. If I have to wait an extra 30 minutes for the kind of care he provides, it's a tiny price to pay. He's a real doctor. His staff is also super. The doc has the touch so naturally he'll pick the right support people.

Although the wait time can be frustrating, Dr. Joseph will spend the time you need with you to go over any concerns and explain them to you. He has recommended doctors and help get appointments when concerns are outside his area of expertise (digestive). I have been to see him for quite a few years and fee he is very knowledgeable.

Wow I'm very impressed with Dr. John Josephs bedside manner. He literally spent over an hour with me, which was awesome! During my visit I heard a pt complaining about the wait time, the staff was very kind with the patient & tried to accommodate the patients needs. I'm impressed with the service. l like all his staff except the elderly blonde lady that works in the front in the corner, her attitude is soo nasty & awful!! She needs to understand we go to the doctor for a reason, not for fun!

Have been to multiple doctors and no one has been able to give me a diagnosis. Finally, one of my friends said that I should go see Dr. Joseph. After the first visit where he spent more than a hour with me, I walked out w/ a diagnosis and medication. This was about a week ago and I am completely PAIN FREE! Would recommend him to everyone. His staff is really busy but definitely went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.

I have had three appointments with Dr. Joseph. My last appointment some female doctor/NP? came in and I had to go over all of my information again. Also, my appointment was with Dr. Joseph so I'm not sure why I didn't see him. Didn't have a good experience getting a call back from the physician after the holidays so I had to end up going to the office. Found out the physician hadn't even been given the message that was left over 10 days prior. Staff is friendly and helpful but seems overworked.

Dr. Joseph seems like he is a very capable Dr, and is very nice. However, his office staff is destroying his practice. First visit waited over 2 hrs. Second visit, over 2 hour wait. Third visit 1.5 hours and I walked out. Then, when I contact them to get my prescription refilled (what I was there for to begin with), the office manager begins to yell and scream at me for walking out. I am a patient, and I refuse to be treated in such a manner.

Was referred to him from my PCP so I had a trust in his capabilities to help me. Sadly as a new patient he didn’t respect my time and even though I was the first there on time with paperwork completed before my appointment he saw patients that arrived after me. I ended up having to leave without seeing him because he was already 50 minutes late for my appointment time. If his staff wasn’t so helpful and apologetic for his behavior he would seriously fail as a provider. I hope he pays them well.
