He looked at my ft put my sock on and tries to JERK my crutches from me I said I cannot walk my ft hurts. He said I didn't do ur/her surgery I'm sending you 2 a neurologist. Then he's loud about it to his assist while I'm sitting in the rm. Very very rude. I'm in awe

A jerk! No bed side manner at all with each office visit. Told me to lose weight as oppose to having surgery and I wasn't even obese. Come to find out, I needed surgery; my knee cap was damaged from an old softball injury and I had a cyst behind my knee cap. Poor excuse of a doctor, whom himself is over weight.

Dr. Joly is experienced and knowledgeable about his specialty. He walked me through every treatment option for my knee and we worked together to decide which one was appropriate. He has a good rapport with his staff, which is always a reassuring sign. Sometimes I wait in the waiting room a little long, but that’s just a sign to me that he spends extra time with his patients to answer their questions and make sure they understand their situation; that’s how I feel when I have an appointment

I was scheduled to see Dr. Jolly at 1:00 PM; I arrived early. I was kept waiting for nearly 45 minutes while I could hear the Dr. in the next room dictating case notes. When he finally arrived to see me, he appeared rushed due to the fact that he was then running behind on his schedule. I would have appreciated it if he had seen his patients on time and dictated his notes later. My time is just as important as the Doctor's time. Dr. Jolly has years of experience and I am sure he is a good Dr.

Last visit I could read the body language of the doctor "why is the reason of this visit?" The doctor was very rough when he did the exam and would look for a different doctor if I needed any care in the future.

Dr. Joly gave me a new hip in 2014 ! Before that , though, he suggested physical therapy, as well as losing weight. I did both, but the problem still remained, so surgery it was; this shows that he is not one to jump right into surgery as a first option if others might be available first. The surgery went well with not a problem then or now. Dr. J. is very personable, very capapble, and has a charming demeanor. You can't do better than him!
