I was very happy with my initial meeting with Dr James. He made me feel immediately comfortable as he discussed my options. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and even anticipated some of my questions. The staff was extremely kind and professional

The administrative staff and the medical staff at Metro Vein Center, Fairfield are wonderful. They are very courteous, professional, good listeners and make you feel welcome the time you walk in and walk out. The facilities are beautiful and top of the line with the best modern medical equipment. I am happy I choose MVC to treat my mild vein insufficiency. One thing I like the most was the Caribbean music playing in the office and my gift kit: a cool tote with a water-coffee or tea bottle, and a lip balm. I am like a kid in a candy store. Love it. Lastly, I want to honor in details the staff that are making my legs feel and look better and healthy as follow: Alondra and Estefania- FD-PSR - Front Desk- Patient Service Representatives; Amanda and Millie- MS- Medical Assistants; Christina and Johana- RVT- Register Vascular Technologists and Dr. John James, MD- Vein Specialist- Phlebology. My most sincere appreciation and congratulations to all of them. Totally recommend it!

I had two vein procedures done by Dr. James. I was very pleased with the experiences. He has a wonderful rapport with patients. He made me feel comfortable during the procedures, explained what I would be feeling, and even joked a bit. The atmosphere with his staff was also very pleasant. You could tell that he cares very much about his staff, and the office atmosphere reflected that. I would highly recommend him.

Everyone working in the office is so kind and helpful! Dr. James is great and he explains procedures very well. He and his team, specifically Gloria, helped me remain calm during my varicose vein procedure and everything went well! The Dr is so nice explained everything perfectly. The entire staff are so nice ,friendly and caring. The office is so clean they give me the attention I need I’m so glad I called the office and am being treated by them. I’ve had varicose veins at a young age for a very long time. They were not only cosmetically unappealing, but very painful as well as feeling very heavy, when standing even for short periods of time. I had doubts that anything could be done until Metro Veins proved me wrong. Not only are my legs more appealing (with all the veins vanished) but I no longer feel that heaviness or pain when standing. My life has changed significantly for the better, and I am so very thankful and grateful for the entire staff there who welcomed me by making me feel so comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. James Jr. is an incredible doctor with one of the best bedside manners, I have yet to witness, along with his assistant, Lindsey. Thank you so much for all you’ve done, do, and are doing for all of us.

Dr James takes his time to explain everything!!! If there is something you do not understand he makes sure to help you understand so if you have the questions, ask because he will make sure to answer them. An awesome Doctor and staff are great. Mega recommend.

The office is immaculate. The doctor and staff care about your concerns. I've been here for 4 appointments and I have only had great experiences.
