Dr is ok but his office staff are not
Average physician. His bedside manor could stand more than some improvement. His staff needs replaces. Staff members are rude, they lost my intake forms that I mailed twice and once handed to a staff member personally. Really.? I had 2 appointments cancelled but they didn't call me. I asked them to call the number they had for me; my cell phone rang. I also had no messages on my phone. If you don't show up for an appointment; he charges you. If you show up for an appointment that he cancelled but didn't tell you about it; your loss. Never mind your time or PTO you already took If I prefer to have a physician who thinks patient records are important but also their time is important.

Not handicapped friendly office. Enterance was terrible to get inside. I am not a fan of physican Assistants.i am not sure if I will return. I was tearful when I came out of the office. I need to sleep I am tired. I need subjects addressed to me one at a time not real fast. I have white coat syndrome. Staff, not quite sure. If I was in Pittsburgh, it may have been a different story. There are disabled People in this world. People need to think about . Get those automatic door openers.

Dr. Holets took care of me when I was hospitalized with a blood clot, he was feeling in for my Dr. that was on vacation. When my Dr. Retired, a few months later, Dr. John Holets took me on as a regular patent. It was a great fit for me. He is a great doc, down to earth, and knows his stuff. Very thorough. I highly recommend him.
