He was totally useless. He could not perform a diagnosis on a stretched Planter Tendon (I did that for him) and his treatment was to send me to other offices for treatment. My wellness received zero improvement from him and he is incompetent. He speech was slurred, eyes were glassy and appeared to focus his attention somewhere else.
