I've been a patient with Hill Medical Group for 8 years and I've always been pleased with their medical services. I have made multiple attempts to get a sick appointment and have yet to get one. The worse thing of all is I called the Commerce office and the receptionist was extremely rude and hateful. She said there were no appointments available anytime soon. I have never been treated with such disrespect by this medical group. I will not be calling the Commerce location again

I've used this office for many years. I've saw Dr. Hill maybe 3 times, saw Allison on many appointments and I've saw Ashley many times. I walked today to get appointment to see Ashley and the receptionist ask what did I need to see her for, I told her my knee was popping out of place when I walk, first thing she said was if you coming to get pain meds were not prescribing them out, I said excuse me I'm not coming to get pain meds I need to get my knee seen about she tells me I can't see Ashley
