Dr. John Henderson Sr, DO

John is a caring Dr. Always listens to my problems and takes care of my health.

Good luck getting an appt. with this doctor! Their office is closed on Fridays and they take a 2-hour lunch every day. Dr. Henderson treated my mother and father for years. When they needed him most, he abandoned them. They contracted COVID in early July. My father passed away, but my mother made it out of the hospital in a week. She is 81 years old. She was recovering, tested negative, and making progress. We scheduled an appt. but he would only see her online (even tho she had tested negative). We learned little from it. She starting having issues with swelling in her legs. We called his office so that he could look at her legs. They scheduled an ultrasound for Aug. 11. It is now Sept. 18 and we STILL have not seen, or heard from, the doctor! They keep telling us he "is very busy." My mom was rushed to the hospital on Sept. 8. She almost died. Congestive heart failure. He could have diagnosed it in a minute if he had taken time to see her. He doesn't care about his patients anymore.

Dr. Henderson is a great doctor. He always takes time with you and is very compassionate. I would always recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr.Henderson for 12 years. He has always been a very caring and professional doctor with a many years experience which is evident. He listens well and is helpful in any way he can be. I would recommend his services. His nurse is very pleasant and helpful as well. The office staff is not so predictable, being very friendly and helpful at times while not at others not as much. But Dr. Henderson seems to go out of his way to be a doctor you can trust. His nurse as well.

I left my last and final appt with Dr.Henderson feeling humiliated, I felt he was very demeaning and insensitive to me. I won't be back!

Office management is out of control. Once upon a time this might have been a good Doctor to visit, but no the entire office is a mess. They lack of empty and professionalism. See someone else. Don't waist your insurance money.

Haven't one problem with Dr. Henderson or staff. Easy appointments made and seen in timely matter. Girls in lab....super good. Meds called to pharmacy most efficient. Overall, most pleasant.

Dr. Henderson is a really nice guy. However, the rescheduled appts (they rescheduled, NOT me), the waiting time, and the HORRENDOUS front office staff is atrocious! Manners and courtesy are not something that takes place very much here. I'm not sure if he doesn't realize that, but I am sure that he has lost some patients due to that...including this one!
