He is the best doctor I have ever seen. I wish all specialist listened and cared about more to their patients and he even went beyond his speciality calling all types of doctors really making it a Team Care across private practice clinics which is unheard of today. He is like you own personal health quarterback. He doesn’t have to do this but he does because he cares for his patient, for humans.

Dr Heifner is what every doctor should be! He actually cared about me. When I shared that I did not have a PCP at the moment but had an appointment with one in two months he called that doctor and got me in to see him right away!! How many doctors actually do that anymore! I have been so blessed with awesome specialists that have gone above and beyond to care for me while I was trying to find a new PCP. You cannot hi wrong seeing this doctor. He will take great care of you.

so pleased with the attention he gave my fiancé. The boat of confidence he would give him every time he came in and shook my finances hand and told him how much he was improving. I wish I had a way to thank Dr Heifner. When we left, he said "in my line of work, I don't see many successes, but ur fiancé is an exception". He took special care to call his kidney doc at the dialysis center my fiancé was being transferred to and not just leave it all to the caseworkers. Special care! Great doc

Dr. Heifner had to leave the room to research my brothers condition because he had only seen c"a couple" of patients before with small change disorder. He was unfamiliar with the condition and how to treat it. He was unkind and confrontation. As a healthcare professional, the way that he behaved is not acceptable and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else or their family members.
