Finally found the right person to help us.
We have had the brush off just to be seen and heard. Many thanks to our referring chiropractor Dr Jason Atkinson for getting us in front of Dr John Heflin. Dr John Heflin was highly recommended from Dr Atkinson and his patients. It was so refreshing to even talk to his staff. They were so very helpful, friendly and efficient. At this point all we have had done is our initial consultation and 2nd appointment today was to go over my son’s CT. Both visits with Dr Heflin put me and my son at ease finally. We had been sick to our stomach from all the hoops we have had to jump and get no where but wasted time and money from appointments with others that were not necessary. Dr Heflin made it so easy. Connected with my son right away by listening and asking questions. He explained everything that we had come up against and confirmed what was really needed and the steps from there. My son said he did not want another doctor to work with for his back fusion surgery. More to come. Relieved

Dr. Heflin is the best doctor. He saved my son's life at Primary Children's Hospital several years ago. He discovered necrotizing fasciitis before it took over. We will be forever grateful to him for his speedy diagnosis and several surgeries back to back to help my son. He took a difficult parent/teen moment and made it so much easier.

Dr. Heflin is over the top more than I could have ever asked for for my 9 year old we've been with him almost a year and are on our second brace for scoliosis. He's so knowledgeable and is well know for his knowledge at shriners in st. Louis, mo! Nurses, receptionists, scheduling all of them always return calls right away and are so willing to help with anything and everything. So thankful to find him! If I could give more than 5/5 I would. Thank you to him and his team for everything.

Extremely impressed with Dr. Heflin he did my sons muscle biopsy and everything was amazing he was very informative and made my son feel 100% comfortable both before & after the procedure. He took extra time to talk with us and was in no way rushed although his schedule was very busy. Thanks for making our experience 100% positive!
