I noticed the next day after my appointment when I went to get me blood work done I was given another patient's blood work along with my bloodwork and also my discharge papers I was given a Notes of another patient For them to be excused. Please be sure to have a staff double check their paperwork before discharging the patients

My visit was managed in the most professional way possible, my condition was explained in full for which I am very grateful. Doctor John Hann MD is a credit to your hospital. He was excellent in his examination of me and every detail was explained in full to me.
