He would not see me in person but sent 2 female people to carry my conversation. I had been told that I did not need to wear a mask to the office visit but when I got to the place where my appointment started he himself would not see me because I was not wearing a mask which I do not have to do because of Medical reasons. I then was sent to my car to wait for 15 minutes before two women came to me and told me what I needed to do to get my prescription refilled. The main thing was that I had to go to the hospital and have blood work done and I had to wear a mask which I cannot do or there could be no more prescriptions for me. The two women became mean and unprofessional.

My husbands last visit, i felt Dr. Haefele. Just was done with him, because as the Dr. Said his problems were self imposed. I am glad i didnt put him in a nursing home . i cared for him at home but he was totally defeated after that visit.this has broken my heart.
