This place is a JOKE! The staff is rude and argumentative and too busy getting back rubs to assist you! My 14 year old daughter had a consultation appointment to see about her TMJ and removal of her wisdom teeth. I could not take off of work today, so my 22 year old daughter took her for me. However, they would NOT see my daughter because I was not there in person to sign an anesthesia form because it could be a lawsuit for them if I did not sign right then! It was a "consultation," not surgery! I was going to be there for the surgery! She did NOT need anesthesia today! They were rude and argumentative to my oldest daughter after they sat there and filled out forms for 20 minutes while all of the employees took turns giving each other back rubs! I WILL be taking her somewhere else that is MORE professional and not these QUACKS!

Very dishonest in their business practices. Charged for an hour of sedation, but we were in and out in 45 minutes ($225.00). Plus we continue to get bills after supposedly paying them off. Granted, they are small bills (first was $10.00 and the second was $18.00), but they are like a bad cold. Just keep coming back.

The receptionist and insurance handler wanted me to pay for two separate visits. They wanted us to come in and pay for a consultation, and they requested that my daughter return for a second visit and pay again for removal of her teeth. There are other surgeons who will remove your teeth on the same day that they do the consultation. I went to a great one in Tupelo, MS.

Dr. Griffin is hands down the best doctor that has ever treated me. I truly know that I had his undivided attention when he was in our room. He answered every question and concern.

Canceled twice, first time only 2 days before, second time wasn't notified until I arrived for my appointment after takeing 2 unpaid weeks off of work. Very disappointed in the service.

The doctor's care was great; however, the problems we experienced with the insurance and billing were beyond horrible. I was assured over and over that my insurance would be filed and filed correctly. Now a year and a half later they still didn't get it right. I have called or gone in at the very least five times. Yuck!
