Finest Cardiologist
I have been a patient of Dr Goad since 1998. He is caring and dedicated to his patients and their best interests. I have and will continue to trust him with my life. I cannot say enough good things about him and his NP Jennifer Westfall.

6 month wait then they cancelled me
I waited 6 months to see Dr. Goad only to receive a call one week before the appointment to tell me they were rescheduling me with a nurse practitioner. When I said I wanted a doctor I was refused and told that I had to see the nurse practitioner first and then IF they determined that I needed a doctor then it would be scheduled. So 2 appointments, 2 charges, and 'maybe' I could see a doctor. I worked in the health care field for 30plus years, even interacting with Dr. Goad, I am disgusted that customers are being denied a doctor and forced to see a nurse practitioner. I went undiagnosed and untreated for more than a year thanks to a nurse practitioner - I need actual medical care. Concerning: I booked the appointment through Thomas-WVU but the cancellation came through CAMC- what in the world is going on!!?!? I have decided for my health - heart failure - that I will go to Cleveland Clinic. I may die before I get to see a doctor. Our health care is worse than 3rd world.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this fine cardiologist is deeply committed to providing the best possible care to his patients. He spends plenty of time answer questions and explaining conditions. He and his staff are what make some doctors and staffs stand out among their peers.
