Dr. John Gleason, DO

Of course, Dr. Gleason is great and I will always see him. But the nursing staff is what is best about any visit. The phlebotomist is also top notch.

Dr. Gleason was thorough and knowledgeable. All the 'boxes' were checked during the visit.

Dr. John Gleason has been my PCP for a long time. He's always kind , courteous and always attentive to your needs . He always listens to you and he is also a friendly person who is easy to talk to.

Last year they preformed an unauthorized visit which i had to pay. They tried again this year but I stopped them

Dr Gleason is a very good doctor, and I recommend him to others. Edwards Heath Group that he belongs to is very disappointing, patients are being required to wear masks, even though empirical evidence exists, that disproves masks as being effective in stopping any virus exchange. If this continues, I may need to find a new Doctor.

In 1997 I returned to Illinois with my children. I literally opened the phone book to look up doctors and my finger landed on Dr John Gleason in Sandwich, IL. It was the best choice I've ever made. He listens to me. We are a team. Medically, I refer to him as my medical team lead because that title is perfect for what he does. He gathers all medical reports from other providers and monitors everything related to my health, even my walking routine. My most recent visit was excellent as always, including having his nurse ask follow up questions regarding my test results via MyChart prior to my appointment. I'm a person when I visit him, not just some patient. He meets my eyes when we talk and hears what I'm saying. Sure the computer is used, but it's a tool for recording. YOU are what is important and Dr Gleason makes sure you know that. Thank you, Dr G!

Dr Gleason no matter how busy he is always takes the time to listen and answers all my questions. He proposes a plan & makes sure I am part of any decisions.

Preop visit for surgery. Very Through. Listens and addresses all my concerns. Called afersurgery toupdate me on my visi that was approved for surgery. Would recommend him for a primary to anyone.
