Claire was great! So happy to have her help and support throughout as my IVF coordinator. Dr Fraterelli was knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. I felt confident I was in good hands and so happy and grateful for positive pregnancy results.

The Dr. Frattarelli and the staff from front desk, nurses, phlebotomist, to care coordinators (especially Tamura) are all so friendly, encouraging and communicate great. I feel well cared for in their facility and know they care about me and my family. It's been a great experience working with them to build our family. Mahalo nui loa!

I really appreciated my experience here. Everything went smoothly and both staff and doctors were extremely helpful with questions and concerns I had. The process went smoothly and all appointments were easy to make. I enjoyed Klara , I could ask questions at anytime and someone always promptly answered. I wouldn’t change anything with my experience and if I decide to try IVF again I would be back!

My experience at FIH has been nothing but the best. The journey to get to where we are today has been long and difficult, but the staff here at FIH has made our journey a little more hopeful. The staff here is filled with so much compassion and they really want the very best for us. Appointments can be scary, but I am grateful to have had Addie, Kaitlin, and Dr. Fratterelli to guide us and comfort us during those scary times. We are so grateful to the Fertility institute of Hawaii for allowing us to chase our dreams of building our family. We look forward to coming back when it’s time to help our family grow. The faculty and staff at FIH were pleasant and very knowledgeable. They made the experience for my husband and I as smooth and possible. I really appreciate the convenience of Klara and being able to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. It really made me feel relaxed through a stressful situation. The staff were so extremely knowledgeable and walked us through each procedure and ultrasound. I also very much appreciate this. I am forever grateful for all the workers here for helping me throughout my pregnancy journey.

Addie was amazing, so patient with all of our questions, very straightforward with medical information and so kind and sincere, she really made this roller coaster process so much easier! I very much appreciated Dr Fraterellis straightforward delivery of scientific information (and statistics, I love numbers and stats), he helped prepare us for the odds of success and he was spot on with all of his estimates. We are beyond excited for this baby and thank you so much for helping make this happen!

This is our second time doing an IVF transfer and both times have been a success. We are super happy to have our nurse and our doctor work with us. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable of all the procedures. We are thankful to have worked with everyone at Fertility Institute of Hawaii.

Dr. Frattarelli is a very caring, compassionate provider. He was there during a very traumatic loss and also for two successful pregnancies. He has great bedside manner and surely puts the patient at ease. He is a wealth of knowledge in his field, and I will be sure to tell all my friends that FIH is the best facility for infertility care. On a side note, the CAO was also so very helpful and supportive during our journey as well. Thank you!

Staff were always great each time. my coordinator Anissa is the best! This was our 2nd round of ivf and not one complaint with the staff and facility.

Dr Frattarelli is simply the best at what he does. I feel safe and cared for under his care and would recommend anyone to seek treatment from him.

Dr. Frattarelli is an AMAZING fertility doctor with an outstanding team behind him. Dr. Frattarelli and his team made sure we met every requirement before proceeding to the next stage in order to have the highest chance of a successful pregnancy. The team and him also kept us well educated throughout the process and always welcomed us with a smile. You can tell everyone in the clinic loves their job and has a genuine passion for what they does. I would recommend him and this clinic to anyone on island!!

We’re currently 9 weeks pregnant with twins… eek! So nervous but definitely excited. My experience has been nothing but amazing from beginning all the way until my graduation to my OB. Communication has always been top notch. I had lots of questions and many concerns and everything was answered in such a timely manner. All their staff have been amazing especially my coordinator Courtaney and Dr. frattarelli. Days where they weren’t immediately available to me other staff filled in with my questions and concerns just as quickly.

You guys were the absolute best clinic I habe ever been to that had the friendliest and nicest staff! 10/10 will continue to HIGHLY recommend!! I can't thank ya'll enough!

My wife and I just love Fertility Institute of Hawaii! Everyone there is so friendly and always willing to answer any questions we have. We would definitely recommend Dr. Frattarelli and his team to anyone needing fertility treatment. My wife and I are thrilled to be expecting and graduating in to our OBGYN, but we are going to miss seeing everyone there! Hopefully we will be back again for a second!

Dr. Frattarelli and staff are the best! They took extra care of me during my time with them and explained the process. It was a long process but I trusted Dr. Frattarelli fully as he wanted to give me the best chances for a successful transfer. I would definitely see Dr. Frattarelli again but one baby is enough for me. LOL :-D
