This 'doctor' prescribed a drug for which he did not know the symptoms. When symptoms surfaced, he blamed the patient. Although another doctor took the patient off of the drug, it was too late. The patient died a couple week later as a result of the toxicity of the drug. Please review and research your doctors, as well as, the drugs and medications they prescribe. It could save your life.

I have had a similar experience with Dr. Fornace. When asked questions he was rude with his response. He asked if I had a medical background. He did not like any questions.
