I haven't met a more personable Dr. He explains things well and communicates his diagnosis well. He makes recommendations but doesn't pressure you into making decisions.

Dr. Foley has been my mother's urologist for several years, but recently became my specialist during a renal crisis. I have always been impressed by his bedside manner, professionalism, and competence. I have also had the privilege to work with Dr. Foley in the hospital setting where he consistently gives exceptional care. I highly recommend Dr. Foley for all urological needs.
