Well, when I was finally able to see him he was inattentive and poorly prepared. He read something that was from someone else's chart right from the start and had nothing to do with me. He was unreceptive to my input when it came to my care. I get the sense that maybe he cared at one point, but somewhere along the way he lost focus. Both professionally and at the appointment.

Excellent care
Office waiting area is quiet with seldom more than just yourself waiting. He allows time for his patients. He asks questions, listens to the answers, and also listens to your questions or concerns. Wait time is minimal compared to a lot of other dr offices I visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Endsley for your nephrology needs.

I saw this doctor only while in hospital. He seems to be very anti-patients who try to advocate for and educate themselves. I self manage my health very well. I had just moved to the area. He rarely answered my questions and immediately informed all other local nephrologists to NOT accept me as a patient. Same for local dialysis clinics. Can you imagine having cancer, needing treatment but the doctor refusing to treat you and telling local oncologists not to treat you?? A horrible experience. An awful experience.
