I met Dr. Emy more than 26 years ago when I was experiencing sudden loss of movement on my left side. He evaluated me and immediately discerned that I’d suffered some kind of neurological episode. Since that day he’s been my GP. He’s of course smart and deeply knowledgeable, but he’s also warm, kind, thoughtful and trustworthy. He’s changed locations since we first met and I now live in California, but Dr. Emy is still my GP today and will remain so. Am grateful to still be in his care.

Dr. Emiy has been my internist for over 30 years. I have followed him as he’s moved further and further uptown twice because I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. His professional skills are outstanding, but perhaps more importantly his bedside manner is angelic. He is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and kind. He has helped me navigate several complicated health challenges with patience, good humor, and constant availability. I have referred at least five of my own patients to him and each one has come back to me thanking me profusely for the referral as they have all had similar experiences. Dr. Emy has been my MD for over a decade and has been diligent in treating my conditions with calm, attentive and effective treatment. When I arrived at his office with a 102 fever, he saw me immediately, and patiently reviewed my symptoms. Hetested me for the flu, etc and reported the results to me within an hour. Thanks to his swift action I am now recovering from influenza with antibiotics . Dr. Emy and his staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful throughout my ordeal.

I have been seeing Dr. Emy for about 8 years. He is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I have ever seen. He makes you feel at ease and listens to your concerns. He is very responsive to questions and issues whether it is in person, via telehealth or via the portal. He is also great about coordinating with the rest of your care team so you can feel comfortable that he understands your complete health picture. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician
