always running late
Dr.Elders always keeps me waiting, sometimes more than an hour after the scheduled appointment time. He spends too much time with the computer screen and not enough engaging with the patient. He can be cordial but most often seems distracted.

Overlooked Ederly Woman
Bad. Doesn't care to listen to NEW symptoms. States that it's my own fault that I feel bad. And that I did this to myself, by not getting medical care in my younger days. Told me I was going to be dead within a year. Wouldn't look at my diabetic toes that had turned black. Told me to save it for the next visit. Requested a referral to Urologist or Nephrologist for my incontinence that is getting worse. Need HOME HEALTH. My insurance told me I need rehab therapy 1st, in order to get the home health. I am a very elderly woman who never gets properly taken care of. But with Dr. ELDERS, he makes me feel like I am a burden. He told me on a recent visit, that I continually come and complain about the same thing. Yes, because he fails to address on previous visit!!! Has his nose buried in his computer.
