Dr. Eggleston...One of the BEST!
Dr. Eggleston has been caring for me since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Dec 2020. Upon meeting him, both my husband and I felt like we were talking to a long lost friend. He is professional, personable, meticulous, warm, very precise, has THE best bedside manner, and is a darn good plastic surgeon. Not only is HE wonderful, but his entire office staff is just as great. Sara in particular is quite special. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. If you're lucky enough to have him help you surgically "get your body back to normal" both during and after breast cancer treatments, count your lucky stars and trust that you are in the best hands possible. We love you Dr. E and appreciate all you did for me.

Dr. John Eggleston is a gifted, amazingly talented plastic surgeon. Due to cancer I required several surgeries, and Dr. Eggleston not only performed superb surgery, he also is very compassionate and kind, his manner helped me to feel comfortable. His surgical team member, Sarah, is excellent, professional, understanding, and makes you feel part of the family, and the office team, Michelle and Kristin, are also welcoming, professional and very positive! I Highly recommend Dr. Eggleston and his team!

Amazing surgeon and staff.!! .. Just the nicest and very well organized office. Michelle, Sophie and Kristen are wonderful. I got an immediate DIEP Flap reconstruction after DMX last week at Ascension Seton on 38th Main Austin TX. Dr. Eggleston is a top notch surgeon on reconstructive surgery techniques leading to minimal bleeding and beautiful scars. I came home with 3 drains only versus some patients with DMX with DIEP having 6! In my Pre-Op appointment, he answered all my 15 questions/concerns without me even having to look down on my paper and read them out loud. And, I am an Audit Mgr for a living so it tells you a lot about my expectations & attention to detail. His focus & bed side manners are genuine and truly caring especially when dealing with breast cancer. Dr. Eggleston has a great sense of humor and he put me and my husband at ease. Superb surgeon with amazing reconstructive surgery techniques.

Dr. Eggleston showed such compassion and patience as he cared for my mother during the reconstruction process following her mastectomy. He and his staff are so kind and personable. Most importantly, he did an excellent job of listening to her needs and concerns, then performing the procedures with excellence. It’s so nice to know loved ones are in good care with a physician/surgeon and Dr. Eggleston was superb.

Dr. Eggleston displayed competence and compassion in what could have been a difficult battle with breast cancer. He took the time to explain my options and the details of my surgery. My confidence in his expertise took so much stress out of the typical "worry" that I normally would have had before undergoing surgery. I was initially only concerned with not looking "frankesteinish" after a double mastectomy. I am delighted that my breasts actually look better after rec...

My experience with Dr. Eggleston & his staff was absolutely a blessing. It was an emotional journey for me it was so hard to talk about my mastectomy but they made me feel comfortable I could never image my breast looking so beautiful but they are thanks to Dr.Eggleston. His work was so good that after my doctor accused me of lying about have the mastectomy that's how good his work is.My journey started with strangers & ended with family.

From the moment I met Dr. Eggleston, I was comfortable and confident that he would be the best surgeon to take care of me until the end of my journey with Cancer. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the entire breast cancer diagnosis and surgical treatment, he easily and thoroughly explains each step in the process. His late night phone calls to check on my well-being, his willingness to always take more time to answer all of my questions and his sincere smiles...

After knowing you have a breast cancer diagnosis and will want reconstruction, it is hard to know all of the choices and information. Dr. Eggleston really took the time explaining all of my options and he was so personable about everything. When going through this it really helped to have a doctor that truly cares. I had a DIEP flap with reconstruction and I am beyond happy with my results. He did an amazing job. I feel so blessed and lucky to have had him as my doctor. ...

Dr Eggleston and Melissa are exceptional caregivers. I had 3 previous surgeries this year and felt this was my last chance to get things corrected. Dr Eggleston listened to my issues and gave easy to understand explanations. After surgery, my husband said all his questions were answered and he was given reassurance. The next day, Dr. Eggleston called my home to check on me. The results of my surgery are wonderful and my pain is so much better. This doctor is a find ph...

Dr Eggleston cared for me when I had breast cancer. While I do not recommend the cancer, I can’t say enough about the care I received as his patient. He is an exceptionally kind man who will make sure you are comfortable with the decisions you make for your care. He is an exceptionally talented surgeon who will give you excellent and natural looking results. His skill also helped with amazing rate of healing (back to work in 2.5 weeks instead of 4-6) even though I had a complicated surgery.

From a rather devastating diagnosis for a female, he brought me through to the other side with great results and the journey was relatively easy as a bi-lateral mastectomy is rather daunting. Thank you.
