Dr. John Drake, MD

Dr. Drake cares about his patients and I trust his decisions. He is very smart and takes time to measure the knee and leg and set up precautions to have the very best outcome. My knee replacement was perfect and follow up care was great. He is now retired but was one of the best.

My experience was excellent. Dr. Drake is absolutely wonderful and professional. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional, from the staff at the front desk to radiology tech, to Dr. Drake's nurse and NP(Stephen). Thank everyone for the good work. God bless you all. I am doing great. Thank you.

What can I tell you? Dr. Drake is simply put the best physician I have encountered in 80 years of seeing Doctors. If you want the best you can see Dr. Drake.

Great doctor.

My first encounter with Dr. Drake occurred some 35 years ago when he replaced my mother's hip. When mine needed to be replaced, I immediately contacted him. The surgery and recovery went amazingly well. This was a followup visit and the results were perfect.

Dr. Drake and his team at Bienville Orthopaedic Center did an excellent job with my total knee replacement. I am amazed with their preparation, communication, execution and follow-up. My recovery is going much better than I expected

I have been going to Dr. Drake for several years. I appreciate the caring he and his staff offers. He will give you x-rays and explain his findings and suggestions and answers any questions/concerns you may have. Excellent doctor.

My first visit to Dr Drake, staff was friendly, afternoon appointment but I was seen within 30 minutes. Dr Drake did a very comprehensive exam, X-ray was done at that time and read, all this happened from a 2:30 appointment and I was out by 3:45. He took the time to listen to the pain I was experiencing and then diagnosed/confirmed what was needed. Great Doctor!

I Have been a patient of Dr. Drake since March 2013 when I had the first complete knee replacement. I had no problems with the surgery and recovery. He was available to listen to me and answer any questions I had concerning my knee. In March 2014 I had the second knee replacement with the same results. I kept all my follow-up appointments and just had my three year follow-up. Everything is great and I am enjoying great knee health. I would highly recommend Dr. Drake for any orthopedic care
