Dr. Dietrich was to tighten up my crown. He said it would cost $394 to tighten my crown and I paid him. He destroyed my crown and broke a screw off inside my implant. And he has refused to stand behind his work and would not re-pay my $394. The best he could do was to tell me where to go to possibly re-track that screw for my crown That failed so my Only other option would be to have my implant removed wait for it to heal replace the implant and to buy a new crown. I had dental implants that became abscessed. Due to a medical problem Dr. Dietrich was unable to care for this abscess but did not leave a dentist to take care of this problem. After four dentist I found another dentist to take care of his problem. I felt that I was abandened by Dr. John Dietrich. The office staff was great.

Like many people I don't like going to the dentist but this office is first class. I go early so I can read the very latest magazines and on the way out take a fresh cup of coffee or a juice from the fridge in the waiting room. All the staff is friendly and efficient. I've been seeing Dr. Dietrich for dental cleaning and problems since 2005.

Just got my new Dentures today and I absolutely love them it has been a pleasure working with the staff and the wonderful dentist he did such a wonderful job so happy
