Extremely late 100% of the time.
For the past two years, Dellosso has been over 45 minutes late to my appointment with zero communication. There have been at least 4 times when he is over an hour late and I’ve had to cancel. Often times, he’s not even on site yet. Never once has he acknowledged his being late. He also seems completely uneducated on LGBTQ healthcare, which is ironic given his Chelsea West Village location. The nurses, PA, and rest of staff are so kind and are put in a position to apologize for him. Because of this, I’m finding a new location.

Rude, Quick, no bedside manner
Dr dellosso might’ve spent all of 5 minutes with me after having me wait close to an hour. He did his vitals and rounds but barely spoke or told me of his findings. He was also rude when asking about questions regarding my weight. He even ordered bloodwork but never followed up when results were received to help me decipher what the hell i was looking at

After years of visiting, it's become clear that most of Dr. Dellosso's staff are part of the reason this office should be avoided. In March, in the middle of the pandemic, one was inside eating lunch without a mask. Another removed her mask to speak on the phone (saw this twice) - no concern for potentilaly spreading covid. I told this to Dr Dellosso and he seemed exasperated, like it had happened before. When I called back for test results, an assistant gave me incorrect info (told me to get a test repeated in the next two weeks, not wait two weeks) because she spoke broken English. And when I called again and asked for Dr. Dellosso to call back me that Friday night to clarify the correct info, another said he'd call Monday around the same time... but he never did. There are a couple of good staffers and Dellosso has a nice demeanor, but it's not worth the frequently incompetent behavior you experience there, reflected by shabby interiors that haven't been changed since the 70s.
