Arrogant and Closed Minded
The title says it all. Treated our loved one as inconsequential and refused to order referral to alternative provider, which would have been covered by insurance. Made a long term life or death decision that was absolutely not his to make.

Very attentive and really listened. Showed up at 2am and discussed everything with my kids too, even though he didn't have to. I am very grateful to the doctors at NRMC for the great care, once I got through the emergency room.
