Dr. De Caro is one of the most compassionate and talented doctors I’ve met to date. He really took the time to listen to my symptoms and treated me with a person centered, wholistic and pragmatic approach. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Decaro took the time to get to know me, what I was experiencing, and then walked me through the diagnosis. He asked questions, and really listened to what I had to say. He also answered all of my questions with out me feeling like I was taking to long. He was very kind and thoughtful.

Dr. DeCaro is by far one of the best urologist I’ve come across in many years. He is extremely friendly, personable, and caring. He takes his time and providing explanations, and is very patient, even when answering multiple questions. He by far represents the highest level of professionalism, and I will be in his care for years to come.

I have had frequent UTIs for over 10 years and have seen countless doctors to treat them. Dr DeCaro was the only one to take the time to figure out and even research on his free time possible causes and solutions for dealing with them. Unlike other doctors who would typically prescribe antibiotics to treat the UTI, he figured out a way for me to manage them long-term. Although it took some time to get here, for the first time in all these years, I’ve gone without having one for eight months and counting. This was purely due to his professionalism, patience and dedication to help his patients. I am thankful for all his effort and the impact it has had on overall well-being.

Terrible bedside manner. Looked at his computer the entire time. Little time for questions. His office cancelled my 3:10 pm follow-up on the day of the appointment because the "doctor doesn't see patients after 3 pm on Fridays anymore." Asked doctor to call me to discuss test results. Dr. DeCaro refused to call me. Secretary called to say he won't do that. Enough. Changing to a different practice.

Arrogant and inexperienced. Terrible bedside manner. Refused to answer any more questions. We changed doctors immediately.
