Dr. Dalton is a friendly and respectful doctor. My review concerns his staff and the processing of blood test results. After two weeks of waiting, I contacted his staff on multiple occasions, either by phone or by fax, to enquire about the status of my test results. I was told that they would call me back with more information but nobody did. It is not until today (almost three weeks after the blood test was performed) that the report with the results is eventually shared with me through the web portal. The results are barely legible. The practice is evidently chronically understaffed. The staff have been less than helpful or responsive. In fact, the answer that was made on the phone earlier today was: “Since the results are not legible, can’t you go elsewhere to have the tests done again?” If you're OK with delays and inefficient staff, Dr. Dalton's practice is a great option.

I’m 81 years old and have experienced the abilities of many doctors over the years. After moving here from NC 6 months ago I saw Dr Dalton. First visit I was hooked. He is the most informed and knowledgeable doctors I have ever encountered. I am so fortunate to have been referred to him

Dr Dalton is simply excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience from which to draw upon. I have used him for well over a decade and wouldn’t change doctors for anything. He is caring, compassionate and competent. The office staff is equally excellent and it makes for an all around fantastic experience. I highly recommend him to all.
