Amazing care
Dr. Cullen has been treating me since I was in a car accident in 2014. He always provides phenomenal care. He spends time with me, listens to what I have to say, and takes my thoughts and concerns into account. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a neurologist.

The Best
I move to Rochester in 2003. I was very attached to my neurologist. For 13 years we drove 1000 miles round trip twice a year. I tried to find someone in Rochester. I could not find a Doctor that was the right fit for me. I met Dr. Cullen in the ER. Both my husband and I were very impressed. We no longer have to drive 1000 miles. He is caring, thoughtful, compassionate, and dynamic. He is the best Neurologist in Rochester. I am a retired RN so I understand doctors. I always make an appointment so I can meet and assess a Dr. to see if they are a good fit. Dr. Cullen is a great fit. If, you need a check him out. You will fall in love with him.
