I was having some double vision and needed to see a doctor. I called on a Tuesday, explained what was happening to the receptionist, who took my information. She said Dr. Cranston was out the following day but I should hear back from him Thurs or Fri. When Friday afternoon came around, I called back and left a vm for Dr. Cranston asking to set up an appt. I never got a return phone call from either of those times. I left my work number and my cell for him. Terrible business practice.
