After a suicide attempt in 2019, I was seen by Dr. Crane. He dismissed me. I waited for seven hours in the emergency room to be seen by somebody who could tell me what was going on with me and as soon as he saw me he said that I just needed to “ travel. Go somewhere. Get away from everybody and just go somewhere nice. It will make you all better”. He didn’t want to hear about what I’ve been going through for years. I had to go all the way to Tacoma to be diagnosed properly. I was diagnosed with bipolar depression 1. The day that I was released I wrote a letter to my family telling them I’m sorry but I couldn’t do it anymore. I told them that they can thank Dr. Crane because he made me feel like there was no hope left

Dr. Crane has served 2 family members including myself with the best ER service. He is extremely friendly, quick and percise with the conclusion and treatment. Definiately one of the BEST medical doctor in our Wenatchee Valley!! Thank you for all that you do.

Quite possibly the poorest excuse for a human being as I have ever met! How / Why he became a Dr with his LOUSEY bedside manner and lack concern for the patient is beyond any comprehension. At least his in like company working at Confluence Health Hospital as most of the staff in the ER and the Cardiology Dept are exactly the same!
