Dr. John Cox is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever been to. He's always up to date on new treatments. He takes his time and is thorough and what really impresses me is how he proactively reaches out to me if there is something he thinks is beneficial to me. After care, he will reach out and see if all is going as planned. His nurses are great and his team of PA's are awesome. I really feel he has a high standard and he expects his team to meet that level as well.

I have had Dr Cox as my primary MD for over 25 years. I could not have found a more compassionate, kind ,intelligent doctor in all of Rochester! He never rushes me through a visit. He reviews my meds,asks me all the appropriate questions, listens extremely well, and has the most compassionate demeanor of any doctor I have ever seen. He is very intelligent and has served me extremely well--diagnosing and treating them effectively. He is always just a phone call away if i need him. I am 100% confident in his recommendations and he has excellent communication skills. He explains everything in a easy to understand manner, and provides me with education as needed. There isnt an arrogant cell in his body! Very down to earth and i have never been nervous delaing with him. Best listener ,too. I have seen his Physican Assistant ,also, who i am extremely pleased with also! I am very fortunate to be one of his patients.
