If I could give a negative star I would! The arrogance and incompetence of this doctor is unbelievable!! Severed my sisters bile duct during a standard laparoscopic cholecystectomy and LIED about it! Told us that he found an anomaly and referred her to a specialist then washed his hands of his mistake. The specialist noted that her duct had been severed and damaged during the procedure and has been taking care of her since. This whole medical error cost her months out of work and in/out of the hospital with pain and bile leakage! I am FURIOUS and would NEVER send my worst enemy to this doctor!!

My 19 year old son has had nothing but trouble from a inguinal hernia surgery that was performed by Dr. Costin. We had to go back after he experienced severe pain and he was unsympathetic to my son's condition and offered physical therapy. Another Cleveland Clinic doctor was able to determine within 10 seconds of examining my son that he needed to remove the tacks that was used. My son felt better for about 7 to 8 months, but he is now facing the same severe pain from the mesh that was used.
