ER visit
Dr. Choi saw me at the Southern Hills hospital emergency department in Las Vegas. I had obvious signs of a shingles outbreak and a highly elevated blood pressure due to significant pain. The doctor was very friendly and cordial to me. He even brought out the discharge instructions himself. I was prescribed an anti - viral and pain medication, as noted on the discharge paperwork. After waiting for the medication for 2 hours. I went back into the pharmacy and was told the pain medication had been canceled (by Dr. Choi) and they would not have the anti-viral medication until the following day. I called the hospital and they had said there was nothing they could do. Not even transfer the medication to another pharmacy. As I was in town for business, I was not able to pickup any of the medications, therefore I am currently sitting at the airport, waiting for my flight, in excruciating pain, with no relief until I can get into see my doctor more than 24 hours from now.
