he should go back to medical school
He made two errors in prescribing medication, two misdiagnoses, was full of himself, arrogant, didn't listen, was intolerant, and did not show care for anyone other than himself. more interested in money than in his patient.

Patient Beware
I was a concierge patient of Dr. Caskey's. He misdiagnosed the medical condition that I came to see him for and prescribed medication that exacerbated the problem, causing much pain and suffering. Out of his frustration and short temper that I was not getting better and he could not figure out what was wrong, he fired me as a patient! He told me to go back to the doctor that I previously saw in another state, a state I no longer live in. Even though months remained on our concierge agreement, there was no reimbursement. A few months later, I found myself in the ER, where the ER doctor did a thorough investigation and found the correct diagnosis. I was treated and referred to a surgeon, which resulted in a successful surgery and the elimination of the condition that Dr. Caskey failed to diagnose, despite all of the tests, labs, and medications he prescribed.

He made two serious errors prescribing drugs, blamed the patient, and is arrogant and judgmental and makes superficial diagnoses.

Does not listen well. Office management disorganized. Makes decisions after asking only one or two questions. Does not contact other professionals I have been seeing (such as a psychologist who teaches cognitive behavioral therapy). Instead pushes pills that I must take for years.

Dr. Caskey fired me from his practice because I was also seeing an internist in NY where I reside for a few months each year. I have found him to be arrogant and judgmental. He will not accept opinions from other doctors and is resentful of a patient's relationship with them. He has absolutely NO bedside manner and is often absolutlely rude. I do not know what his personality problems are, but I feel he needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist if he wants to continue seeing patients. I would recommend him to NO ONE who is seeking competent care and empathy.

It’s great to see a Doctor who listens to you. Office staff (and Saumba) are dedicated and return calls. I recommend this Doctor and his staff.

This is a limited practice at best and concierge medicine as a business plan. Although Caskey himself is great, it is his subservient associates that make the practice unacceptable and basically not safe.

Poorly prepared for appointments and does not seeming to remember care issues. His quality of care has been declining over the last several years I've been a patient.

My husband and I are very pleased with our transfer to this office. Staff is pleasant, Dr Caskey is friendly and professional. Robyn Holley is absolutely the best physician ever.. knowledgeable, sincere, professional, efficient, friendly, highly qualified and responsive for results. Lucky us.

He cannot be relied upon. I have had a prescription for Lipitor for years . On a regular basis the pharmacy would contact Caskey and it would be renewed. He failed to renew it without telling me. I left a message for him asking for a renewal. When no renewal came I phoned again and his nurse said it would be renewed . Two days later his office called telling me I needed to make an appointment. When I did that the next day I was told that Caskey was letting me go as a patient- just like that!

This place is a nightmare. If you call and he is full they put you with Dr. Lovett... who is a pharmacist! They don't tell you she is a pharmacist... who is not licensed to be a physician providing care. They also try to sell you all sorts of non-proven alternative meds that they make a profit on... like a flu tincture. They tried to get me to do a hormone saliva test. As I was ready to pay $150 for it, I googled on my phone... and they are completely inaccurate tests.
