I went here to see John Case. The visit itself was great. I was seen punctually, treated well, and they drew blood in office with little issue. My issue is with the lack of follow up. I was sent for additional testing. After that testing was received, I called Mr Case’s staff to inform them as was told to me to do by Mr Case himself. I had to call a month after since there was no real follow up to find out no one had viewed the results. The bloodwork I did in office still has not been shared with me. I was told medication was prescribed via their portal and not a phone call… but I don’t know where it was sent since no one called me. Myhealthlocker (their portal) is the least patient friendly app I’ve ever seen from a healthcare provider. I was told over the phone that the best way to communicate is through the messages in the portal. This seems to be true as office staff do not call back for days. Most messages in the portal are answered in 24 hours, but the answer is always very short and usually not helpful. Any response to the answer is another 24 hours. I would avoid using this facility.

Competent, attentive, amiable, get-down-to-business oriented. Explained my treatment and procedures but not it's likelihood of success. You need to ask details to get answers. Example, "What do I do if there's a problem or question after hours."

Had a good though brief experience with Dr. Case but trying to navigate through San Antonio Urology center for a simple appointment or brief consult is maddening and not worth the effort. Do yourself a favor and don't get caught in this system

He acts like he knows what he is doing but I've been in surgery with him and he should definitely study a surgical procedure better before he actually attempts to do them himself.

He is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physican. He has treated my husband for several years and has preformed three kidney stone removal procedures. He is patient, kind and takes all the time necessary to explain whatever is causing your problems and what will be done for them.

My husband goes to Dr. Case and recommended him to me. I found him to be a good listener, was happy to explore treatment options and set me on a plan for better health. I am secure in knowing that if this plan doesn't work, he will help me find another solution to the problem.

Dr Case is a Phenomenal doctor but his office staff is HORRIBLE!!! It is not worth the headache to see him. Take the healthy positive route and see another doctor, going in there is not worth it. His office staff needs to go work retail and learn how to talk to people. They could not sell me a glass of water in the desert, and when you are in the desert water sells itself. His staff pollutes whatever good is there at his office. Actually his office staff reflects him, so thusly he is not worth y

Only got to see Dr. Case once. He was great during that visit. Went for a follow up visit today and he was just to busy for our scheduled appointment. Waited an hour. Got tired of waiting so requested a refund. I'm prompt with my appointments in my industry, and I expect the same when paying for a services. If you're backed up say something, don't leave your customers hanging. I'm sure he has assistants and no one bothered to apologize. RegardIess, won't be going back to Urology San Antonio.
