From the Beginning
Dr. Camp has been my hand doctor since he came to Tyler, Tx 30 years ago. He is always, kind, soft spoken, straightforward and always tells you exactly what to expect. He has done several surgeries on my hands & wrists and I've always been very pleased and will continue coming to him until he retires,(hopefully not soon).

Great Doctor and Staff!
I am a T – nine paraplegic. Dr. Camp and his staff were more than accommodating to my physical condition and my limitations while I was in their office. They were all very kind and understanding and were patient with me as I maneuvered through their office in my power wheelchair. They were all great and I wish I would’ve followed through back in 2013 when I saw Dr. Camp for my carpal tunnel. I am looking forward to surgery later this month.

I have had four previous surgeries by Dr. Camp.. I trust him completely with my care. I am now looking at another surgery.. Once again he has explained every detail in a way that I can understand. I can’t imagine any other doctor operating on me. Did I say that he listens intently and makes sure all my questions are answered…

Wasn't thorough and didn't seem to care
Had trigger finger and carpel tunnel surgery. My appointment was rushed and he didn't really care, wasn't thorough wat all. I had clicking in my knuckle and I thought the trigger release and carpel tunnel were going to fix that. I clearly stated the issue and when it resurfaced later he made comments about PT then said 'oh that issue isn't related and would require a different procedure'. Well sir, that would have been great to know when you did the surgery, it could have been done together. Now I am looking for another provider and will have to get put under another time and pay additional costs. He didn't care, these are easy surgeries and you are a number to him. It also is not professional to do his dictation right in front of his patients. Do your work on your own time. He made a comment when I left the follow up 'are we still friends?', ugh not a fan at all. Arrogant, he came highly recommended too.
