A Caring Team
Their patience and professionalism stood out most. They gave me ample time to allow a live consultation with my nephew surgeon before taking a shot. I am especially grateful to David, the receptionist, Tammy Dejean, the nurse, and Dr John Biddulph, the Orthopedic Surgeon. They made me feel at home. Thank you a bunch!

Exceptional Orthopedic Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Biddulph under workers comp. Doctor Biddulph is an exceptional doctor who truly listens to his patients' concerns. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, making sure I understood everything clearly after taking X-rays. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I always felt well-cared for during my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Biddulph to anyone seeking an Orthopedic doctor or surgeon with quality healthcare.

Professional, Caring and Compassionate
I was referred to Fredericksburg Orthopedics Associates at MWH due to an injury I sustained at work. I was extremely nervous about going to an Orthopedic Specialist let alone a workers comp physician. Dr. Biddulph and Tammy DeJean put my health and well-being as their patient first and foremost. They made and adverse situation in my life more than affable. From scheduling appointments, medical tests, physical therapy and dealing with the unending paperwork to worker's comp. Dr. Biddulph, Tammy DeJean and their office staff made a difficult time in my life stress free. I would recommend them to anyone that is in need of a professional, caring and compassionate orthopedic practice. Five stars is not enough.

Dr. Biddulph and his wonderful team to absolute great care with my elbow swelling and broken ankle and ensure I was 100% to go back to work. The great care I received was first through my phone call with Tami to schedule my appointment and then when I went to the office I met with Joan who was also amazing like Tammi and finally Dr. Biddulph, very patience and took the time to walk me through my injury in lane man terms explaining every detail to my satistfaction. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

I had a work injury and was sent to Dr. Biddulph through my insurance company. I had the best experience. From my first visit, all the way through post-op, I was cared for with kindness and grace from the entire staff. The process was very smooth, the office was clean, and Dr. Biddulph and nurse Tammy took the time to explain everything to me every step of the way. Most importantly, they ensured my paperwork was filled out and ready for it to be turned in to my place of employment. My last follow-up appointment I was late because I had the time wrong, which was my fault. The receptionist called to check on me and advised me to come anyway and they would fit me in. That meant a lot to me as I wanted to get back to work the following day and needed the sign off. While I hope to never have another injury, if I ever need orthopedic surgery again, I would 100% go back to Dr. Biddulph.

Dr. Biddulph is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. He listens attentively, answers all questions thoroughly, never rushes a patient in or out of his office, and provides outstanding medical care. He is a brilliant surgeon and one of the most likable, down to earth doctors you will ever meet. His staff is also very personable and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Biddulph.

DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE SEEING THIS GUY Dr Biddulph is a joke, if you have a workers comp claim dont pick this so called doctor. I picked him because of reviews but what a horrible mistake.Workers comp gave me 3 doctors and once I picked him and the insurance company would not let me change. The Dr showed no interest in trying to fix my pain or problem. From the very being he tried to find a reason for the insurance company to not treat my pain. I was not trying to stay out of work I wanted fixed so I can work. I have a bulged disc in my back confirmed by a ct scan and MRI.This was the result of a bad fall that shattered my arm in many pieces. I was lucky The trauma doctor that treated my arm was not in bed with the insurance company like Biddulph. I will not call him a doctor from this point on because he did not try to help my condition. His total goal was protecting the insurance company's money. Instead of looking for ways to help me,he spent his time pulling my x rays and files from

Dr. Biddulph performed reconstructive surgery on my right ACL. I was extremely impressed with him and his office staff. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain everything about my injury, options, and surgery. I am healing and progressing much quicker than anticipated and could not be more pleased with the results of my surgery.

Very professional clean office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and he spends a lot of time listening to his patients questions and concerns. The only negative is, if you could call it that, is his unwilling to prescribe appropriate pain medications. I know there are new regulations with prescribing narcotics (even in small monitored amounts), but not to the point he’d have you believe. If you require more pain meds, you won’t get them from him. You’ll be referred out. Even after surgery.

I had a really great experience at Dr. Biddulph's office. He was able to promptly schedule my appointments and answer all my questions, even the seemingly silly ones. Dr. Biddulph was able to determine a successful course of treatment for my knee injury stemming from a sports injury. Before and after my procedure he talked over treatment options and worked with my insurance to help me best choose my treatment plan. I'm very pleased with the friendly and professional experience I had.

He overcharged by so much. It was hundreds over my co-pay, deductibles and the amount my insurance paid as fair and reasonable. It was one office visit and a shot. I was billed for almost $1000.00 above all the payments.

I highly recommend Dr. Biddulph's Office to anyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon. He and his staff, Tammy and Joann, show a personal interest and sincere concern for each client. I have had two successful surgeries (arthroscopic knee and rotator cuff) under Dr. Biddulph's care and could not have asked for a better outcome. He is truly interested in each patient and offers an individual health plan for each one. Don't be just a patient with a number, see someone who really does care about you
