Dr. John Bennet, MD

We’ve gone to Dr. Bennet since your daughter was born. She’s 4.5 now. My cousin recommended him because her two kids there. We were clueless as far as doctors before she was born. My cousin said there’s no doctor like him and she’s right. I’ve never met a doctor who cares as much as he does. I called the other day to confirm med times for a fever. . He called me back within an hour. He genuinely cares about his patients and parents. You won’t find that anywhere else. My cousin moved to Medina and still brings her kids to him. Enough said.

Dr. Bennett was my brother and my doctor when we were kids. When my son (now 7) was born, I hoped Dr. Bennett was still practicing. He was, and has been my son's Doctor ever since. My son likes him a lot. When we have appointments, Dr. Bennett always listens and addresses any concerns we may have. The few times we had to call his office and ask a question or had a problem, they always get back to you in a timely manner. At times, the doctor himself calls back. I would recommend Dr. Bennett and his staff to anybody.

Choosing the right pediatrician is one of the first and most important decisions you make for your child and I feel great with choosing Dr. Bennet! The receptionist, nurse, and NP are equally as awesome and attentive. I’ve never had to wait and have never felt rushed at my appointments. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel that I am in good hands. Once I had an issue on a day that the office was closed and actually heard from dr. Bennet himself within an hour which was so above and beyond (not to mention comforting).

Dr. John Bennet has been our family’s pediatrician for 23 years. They don’t make doctors like this anymore!  Dr. Bennet is one of the most caring, compassionate, hard-working, and incredibly skilled pediatricians you will ever meet.  Dr. Bennet thoroughly examines, evaluates, listens and answers questions with detailed explanations.  Dr. Bennet’s private practice is independent of any large hospital system. His specialists’ referrals are therefore in your child’s best interests, not a hospital system. Your child will never be just a number in his practice. My 3 children LOVE him and truly appreciate what a fantastic doctor he has been for them! Having Dr. Bennet for your primary care physician will be one of the best decisions you make.

Dr. Bennet is incredible. My three year old daughter had a cold and we got in with Allison the same day. She got another cold within a week and I knew something different was up. I even gave her a Covid test. I called the on call line and Dr. Bennet called within five minutes telling me we were doing everything right and he needed to see her tomorrow. The office called at 9:01 (they open at 9). My husband was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in October and whenever we see him, he always asks how he’s doing. He also treats our daughter like a person. He asked her the questions and not me. He’s all about the kids and family because he cares. I’ve never met a doctor who cares as much as him. I got the recommendation from my cousin who has two kids. She moved to Medina a few years ago and stuck with Dr. Bennet. It just goes to show the relationship he has with his patients. Can’t go wrong with Dr. Bennet.

My children have been a patient of Dr. Bennett’s for 18 years, my oldest is 19 and my youngest is 10. He is very patient and no question is too small. Whether it’s refills or forms filled out I always get taken care of timely and professionally. When making appointments for my daughter they always ask if I would like her to be seen by the female NP. Love the staff here.

Dr. John Bennet has been my sons trusted pediatric doctor for the majority of his life, and I could not recommend him & his excellent staff any more highly. He is not only very professional & knowledgeable, he also has a unique caring demeanor, which makes him very comforting around children. He, and every member of his staff, are very caring, attentive and friendly.

Wonderful pediatrician and staff for our twin boys. Would recommend to anyone.

Our daughters have been patients of Dr. Bennett for all their lives (17,14 years old). Dr. Bennett is an awesome doctor and a doctor who is in the business for the right reasons “ his patients”. You would be hard pressed to find another pediatrician that will compare to his knowledge, caring and bedside demeanor. He puts his patients first!! I have witness this for years and have had other doctors comment to me that John is truly one of few doctors who are practicing for the right reasons.

This is in regard to the bad taste I have in my mouth after having an incident where I missed an appointment. The first time this has happened in being a patient for 5 years. I got a nasty letter and even after talking to the billing department and explaining the circumstances, they insisted that the $75 fee was policy and that if I didn't like it, I could find another doctor. That's exactly what I plan to do.

Dr. Bennets office is awesome. As a new mom I can honestly say I did the right thing in choosing this office for my babies care. They are awesome in getting you scheduled promptly if you have any concern. You can also email them with questions and the staff will get back to you in a timely manner. Colleen, is very understanding and will answer all your questions and not make you feel silly. The nurse and staff are friendly. I highly recommend them. Especially for new moms.

Dr. Bennet has cared for my children for 17 years. He is knowledgeable and friendly.
