Dr. John Bellville, MD

I was a patient to Bellville 2014-2015, an adolescent at the time. Upon my first meeting with him I was uncomfortable with what I suppose I would call his bedside manner, and my father agreed he was abrasive. The next year of my life was rounds and rounds and rounds of pills, so many that I can't even list them anymore. It should be noted that psychology has come a long way in 5 years, and trial and error is kind of the means of finding the right medication, especially in adolescents. It should also be noted that my current nurse practitioner continues to be surprised at the actions Bellville decided were the proper way to treat me. The office space was always lovely, but I can't say that overall I had a positive experience there. Bellville can hook you up with perscriptions, though ultimately I would describe his as detached, impersonal, and I would only recommend his services as last option.

Absolutely!! I've been to a few and this Dr. made me feel at ease without any fears!! He's kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, attentive, thorough, professional and real! (perfectly exceeded my expectations)

Have been going to Dr. Bellville for a year and find him to be an excellent psychiatrist. He listens very well, is patient, is perceptive, offers very good and practical suggestions and has a kind and supportive style. He has helped me gain a new perspective on my issues such that I have been able to make needed changes and improvements. He has produced for me the results that I wanted.
