lack of humanity
I have Rheumatiod Arthritis. Having trouble controlling the issues that come along with this disease. I was told that there was nothing more he could do for me. Maybe I do not have RA at all. or maybe I should try "taking a holiday for a year off all my RA meds" followed up by "maybe your body will heal itself, sometimes that happens". I left the appointment in tears. felt very helpless and hopeless as to what is to come for me.

Unpleasant visit. Dr. Beary did not ask question or listen. While mild-mannered, this 74 y/o man had an air of superiority and mansplained to me several times during the appointment about things that were not related to the reason for my visit. He became frustrated with me when I asked questions and asked him to review my labs.
