Dr. Barsanti's lack of interest in symptoms
The arrogant attitude of D. Barsanti and lack of follow-through for instance not ordering a needed prescription or listening to my husbands injury history and complaints of numbness in hand and leaving him hanging when he desperatly needed an MRI could lead to his loss of use in his hand. My husband after spending six hours in the emergency room after a sceduled MRI didn't work after a visit with Dr. Pain Specialist because of pain levels and my husbands shoulders didn't fit in the mobile MRI machine he finally got his MRI and went to another doctor who immediatly scheduled surgery after my husband wasted months with Dr. Barsanti. If you just want a steroid shot go see Dr. Basanti if you want answers find another Dr.

I've seen Dr. Barsanti for steroid shots in 2013, four epidurals in 2016, and two in 2017. He's smart, very knowledgeable, patient, LISTENS, even has a sense of humor. He knows exactly where the "shots" have to be administered in my back to relieve my leg pains which originate in my spine. Eventually, I'll need back surgery but the pain relief from Dr. Barsanti's work is terrific. He is, quite simply, the BEST!

Dr. Barsanti is the BEST physician I've ever been to. He diagnosed me with RSD in my right ankle and with his treatment plan he was able to restore my quality of life again. I can never express how grateful I am for the care he provided. I would send anyone to him who is in chronic severe pain.

Hour wait for appt even when I was the only one in the waiting room. Got into exam room and could hear him talking with the nurses about his Christmas underwear while I waited forever. Documented incorrectly about parts of my body that he didn't even check. Prescribed a treatment that my excellent orthopedic surgeon said made no sense. Unprofessional, uncaring, hurt rather than helped me.
