Worst gyno in history. Never called me to tell me results after paying $400 dollars out of pocket. After calling for my results they said that they were still waiting. I called the lab myself and they stated that they had faxed my results over and when i call the office back they said that they had just faxed my results over and my results came out fine. When i went to another gyno i was diagnosed with vaginosis. This was the worst experience ever. He was so unprofessional and so is his staff.

I absolutely adore Dr Ayala and his staff. I am now 36 weeks, and tomorrow will begin my weekly appointments. For the last 8/9 months Dr Ayala has answered every question that my husband and I have had, all while being friendly, fun, and personable. If he ever is unavailable, his office nurses are available, and he also has a doctor on-call, who he can give you the contact info for. I can't imagine going through this with any other doctor, he has made us feel at ease from day one. Truly a gem.

Do not care for his patients when his services are needed, usually on vacation or not available. You would not get a response or a call from him, so if he gives you his cell phone don't even bother to save it in your contacts. He acts like a robot. I guess the only thing that matters to him is the $$$$$$ because when you have an emergency or a question to ask he is not available. Usually sends his staff to answer for him or sends you to the ER. Not happy with his services at all.
